We, the undersigned groups agree on a simple 10-1 plan: ten single member districts with the mayor being elected at-large, combined with a non-partisan independent citizen’s redistricting commission, as the way to go.  The plan we defined is the “Citizens Districting 10-1” plan which passed as Proposition 3.

Let the people draw the maps and let our neighborhoods, not the campaign contributors, run the show!
